~ Volterra,
Tuscany, Italy~
I was so inspired by Twilight and the Volturi, that I learned more about Volterra, and became inspired by Tuscany and the whole of Italy, it's culture, art, amazing homely culinary delights and a sense of belonging and family (famaglia). So much so that it is my dream to move to live the hills of Tuscany
*Hugs Aro* ;)
So here's my Volterra ~ Tuscany Page ~ Scroll down for cool pix
Enjoy!
Belissimo, Bella!

Volterra & Montepulciano

Gorgeously spooky...

This clock tower, however, is in Montepulciano, about 45 mins drive from Volterra where New Moon was actually filmed.
The "official" story is that the town square of Volterra was too small - that they began with 400 extras
for the "Saint Marcus Day" Parade, but they needed more and with 700 extras they needed a bigger
town square. The *real* story of course is that the Volturi denied them the filming permit in Volterra ;)
