Sound Blaster. I made him from about 36 coloured cassette tapes including 4 mini cassettes for ears and feet ;) Had SO much fun making him! Love his cassette tape hair and spool eyes and smile!

I remember when auto reverse walkmans first came out. OMG! So cool and modern, lol!

This walkman reninds me of G1 Soundwave, lol!

LOL! ('Soundwave' with pewter cassette charm which fit neatly into his chest compartment when he transforms into the robot - see below)

The one on the right was 'Soundwave' in the '70s before he was named 'Soundwave' and taken over by Hasbro in the mid-'80s

Look at this! It EVEN has a graphic equalizer!!! AND Auto reverse!!! When I first saw this around 1988, I WANTED ONE!!! It was $499 and I saved up for it. In a few months it was mine!

It was the coolest thing and lasted ages before it died - at that price it had better, Dude! You could even record on it too! It was my pride and joy mu mum and stepdad were proud of me saving the money.

I was blown away when I saw cool thing this out front of an electronics store in the mid-'80s. I SO WANTED ONE! It was $399 and my dad helped me pay for it! RADICAL!!!!

Had a lot of fun with it. Was sad when mine died sometime in the mid-'90s :*(

I now have light-up raimbow speakers for my computer :)
