I’m not one of many
words, so I’ll keep this short.
Thank you for your
friendship. You stayed with me until the
end. I never had a friend before you and
your friends. Thank you for the chamois,
I wish I still had it. It must have
taken a lot of time to make. Do you
still have the moon rock I gave you? I
won’t be surprised if you don’t. I
betrayed you, and I wonder why you’re still my friend. I guess I will never understand.
I didn’t want to
leave you again, but I felt I must. This war needs to end and I’ll die trying
to end it. I don’t regret that at
all. Who knows where my soul will go in
the end? A place better than this I
hope. I hope peace does come, if not I
died for nothing.
My only regret is
leaving you, My Dearest Friend.
