Healthy Green Veggies and fruits!

1} green and purple kale ~ 2} Tuscan kale/cabbage {Cavalo Nero} - nice and healthy! Please note Tuscan Kale is much healthier than the curly kale

Green herbs {Rosemary, mint, Italian/Continental/flat leaf parsley} and have you *ever seen* such magnificent escallots?! Grown by a friend. 

The last one is the inside of the base of celery - looks like a rose.  Beautiful!  :}

Please use plastic fruit and veg bags in moderation and re-sue if you must use them

The knobby ones are kaffir limes. You can use make a delicious, fresh, zesty tasting tea from the leaves.

Just put about three leaves in a cup and pour boiling and steep for around 5 minutes. No milk or sugar needed

'The Lord of the Rings ~ The Fellowship of the Ring'

Spinach pasta ~ Please source gluten-free pasta and wraps, as wheat is no longer healthy

Green spinach noodles {'Miracle Noodles' are very low calorie as are konjac vege and seaweed noodles}

Green tea vermicelli and penne pesto pasta ~ again, please source gluten free

Green tea noodles ~ both of these were yum!

*So* excited to find these at my local service station! Very yummy! Not healthy, perhaps, but delish!  Naughty!! ;} Oh well, once in a while ...

Souvlaki is YUM!!  Healthy, inexpensive, so tart and delish!  I love Greek Gods, mythology, music and food!

The last one is a natural healthy alternative to cane sugar.  As is erythritol and mallitol.

during the coronavrius pandemic and they lost their business, I am so sad for them.

No, I didn't have these dishes all at once; this is about three visits!

Went back a few weeks later and ordered teriyaki salmon with matcha rice and matcha miso soup on the side. I really hate matcha... NOT! LOL! ;D

Matcha green tea smoothie {1eft} Iced green matcha tea {middle} warm matcha {next} green choc mint smoothie {2nd last} matcha ginger cucumber fizz, I made this!!

YUM on all counts!

This is my Green Goddess Smoothie {Avocado, baby spinach, coconut water, 1/2 a Lebanese cucumber and a desert spoon of matcha tea - YUM AND healthy!!!}

This is the spoon - It says 'Nourish Your Soul.' Aww,   :}

Looks very nice but sadly, the green tea liqueur was *very* disappointing, *sickly* sweet {and I *am* a sweet fang ;} though this tasted like cheap cordial.  Blecch!

Was NOT a cheap drop at almost $50 AUD a bottle! Fer shame! Waste of money!! Boo! :{

The tea in the canister is 'Tea of Greek Mountains ~ The Flavour of the Greek Gods'   LOVED it!  Appealed to me for

my love of herb tea and mythology.

Another gorgeous Japanese green tea.  'Genmaicha' and made with roasted rice.  DELISH!!!

First one is yummy jasmine tea and second one is interesting ...  Needs some sweet!

The first one is the powdered version. They also do a full bean version.  Is good for letting go weight and is a natural appetite suppressant.

Please consider a coffee machine that has recyclable pods. The Nespresso ones are recyclable at Nespresso outlets.

Coffee, tea, anyone? If you forget your keep-cup, you can get your coffee or tea in a porcelain one

The last one is an apple switchel by Nexba - the company was started by two brothers passionate about health and taste - inexpensive, healthy AND delish!

Wish they still made their pineapple and coconut tepache.  They do still make their healthy naturally sweetened pineapple drink though.

Remedy and Lo Bros are also also kombuchas and switchels and the like.

This rice milk is the best one I've ever tasted

NICE!!!  I LOVE elderflower! The first one is non-alcoholic.  The seconds one is alcoholic.  If you do drink, please in moderation :}

Not healthy at all, but here for the green-ness.

The 'natural sweetener' in this is sugar :( - Don't be fools by labels.

Also, please do not use artificial sweetener.  It s not healthy and wrecks your natural micro biome for TWO WHOLE YEARS!!!

You can restore it with coconut yoghurt {sweetened WITHOUT sugar} and drinks like kombucha, switchel, tepache and non-dairy keffir and pre-biotic capsules.

My green tea teacake {hehe} I had when I was holidaying in Western Australia in October, 2017. The second one is a birthday cake from 2022 from Pioneer Clubhouse

on our gorgeous sage plates!!  Pioneer Clubhouse is a *fantastic* mental health wellness centre where I am a proud member as well as a volunteer. 

A home away from home.  We got some gorgeous sage green plates from K-Mart.

Had this lovely looking lime swirl cheesecake in WA too in a different cafe! Yummy!
