The one with the gold and pink outfit is Arta of Harta {Not to be confused with Atra}

So, not a femme, but a classic '80's bad guy.  Also hilarious as I have a friend called Rex!!

He's from the 'Dino Hunter' toyline, a knock off of 'Dino Riders.'
